Academia and research community. Education institutions and research centres in the area of IT and cybersecurity. Some academic labs could collaborate with 2nd Instrument (Open Call 2 &3) beneficiaries as part of consortia)

Critical Infrastructure Operators, Operators of Essential Services and SMEs servicing these specific industries (supply chain). Directly identified by the DIGITIAL-ECCC-2023-DEPLOY-CYBER-04 as the target final beneficiaries of the project. Companies, organisations, or parts of them being challenged by Cybersecurity incidents, or regulatory frameworks such as the up-and-coming CER, NIS2, or current and industry-specific requirements.

Cybersecurity Authorities, the ECCC and  National Coordination Centres (NCCs). Represented in the project by INCIBE NCC-ES, and the Romanian Cyber Security Authority who will help to ensure to maximize the impact to this target audience. Many project partners already have operational working relationships with NCCs through other support services offered and coordinated by DG CNECT. This specific target group will be contacted actively by different means. (1st Instrument main beneficiaries)
